8 ounces of frozen orange juice concentrate 

1 ounce of sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding mix (recommended: Jell-o) 

4 ounces of orange cream yogurt (recommended: Yoplait Orange Creme) 

1 cup of low-fat milk 

1 cup of vanilla flavored vodka 

¼ cup of orange flavored liqueur 

2 cups of ice cubes

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

1 cup of milk

1 tsp. of vanilla extract

6 ounces of canned frozen orange juice concentrate

⅓ cup of sugar (or sugar substitute, check package for equivalence)

1½ cups of ice

4 ounces of vodka

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until slushy. Serve immediately.

1 can of orange juice concentrate, slightly thawed

1 cup of milk (half and half, cream, nut milk, soy milk, vegan milk, etc.)

½ cup of granulated sugar, adjust to taste (you can reduce the sugar or use an alternate sugar substitute such as Stevia, but it won’t taste as close to the classic Orange Push-Ups.)

½ tsp. of vanilla extract

2 cups of ice

1-2 ounces of rum, Malibu, vodka, Citron, marshmallow vodka, Gran Marnier, or similar, per smoothie portion (optional)

Combine all ingredients, except ice and optional alcohol, in a large blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Make sure the sugar has dissolved and is well incorporated. Keep blending until it dissolves. If desired, add a splash more water or milk. Add the ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

2 ounces of Vodka

½ ounce of orange liqueur (triple sec)

4 ounces of orange juice

¾ cup of vanilla ice cream

¼ cup of orange sherbet

2 ice cubes

Orange soda, chilled

Orange slices and maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

Put your glasses in the freezer 15 minutes before preparing the cocktail. (This recipe fills a large glass; if you have smaller ones, it will equate to two servings). Combine vodka, orange liqueur, orange juice, vanilla ice cream, orange sherbet, and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Fill chilled glasses ¾ full and top off each glass with orange soda. Garnish with orange slices and cherries. Serve Immediately.
